Job Description:
We are seeking a junior Tax Associate with 1 – 3 years of experience to join our Seattle Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Boston, New York, Santa Monica, or Washington, D.C. office. The ideal candidate will have some corporate, M&A, and international tax experience at a law firm. Current judicial clerks are also welcome to apply.
Superior academic credentials, intellectual rigor, excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills are a must. We require that the candidate be barred in the state of the office they are submitting their application for or are eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam in that state.

The anticipated range for this position is:
$225,000 - $310,000Depending on the role, the actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance. Additional information about employee eligibility for benefits and discretionary bonus will be made available upon request.
