In this role, your responsibilities will be:

•    Coordinate and oversee all security operations and programs in assigned area, ensuring compliance with general and specific post orders for assigned Specialist positions 
•    Act as the primary point of contact for any needs by the client or Specialists during the shift 
•    Partner with client location representatives to ensure proper utilization and execution of security programs 
•    Respond in a timely manner to emergent events, issues, staffing deficiencies, and client requests 
•    Initiate preliminary investigations and write incident reports on all internal personnel issues 
•    Distribute equipment to personnel as necessary and maintain inventory records
•    Complete proper personnel documentation/paperwork and processing as circumstances dictate 
•    Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications

As a candidate you must have:

•    High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
•    Two plus years experience as a Security Specialist with at least one year in a leadership capacity
•    Proficient in PC and iOS hardware and software
•    Complete and maintain state guard certification as prescribed by presiding state law, as well as all client requested certification; all documentation and fees are the responsibility of the employee unless otherwise noted
•    Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver high level of customer service
•    Have flexibility to work any shifts on any day of the week (Mon-Sun) and willingness to assist the team with overtime when needed
