The Problems You'll Solve

At Carta, our employees set out on a mission to unlock the power of equity ownership for more people in more places. We believe that the problems we solve today unlock the opportunities of tomorrow. As a Lead Product Marketing Manager focused on audience insights, campaigns & content, you'll work to:

  • Own audience intelligence for Carta's PE and VC buyers: Build and maintain data-driven buyer personas grounded in real prospect conversations, call data, win/loss analysis, and market research. Be the team's authority on what each persona cares about, how they buy, what language they use, and where they get stuck. Ensure persona knowledge is continuously refreshed and actionable.
  • Lead full-funnel messaging across PE and VC segments: Translate persona intelligence into segment-specific messaging that works from top-of-funnel awareness through mid-funnel consideration. Own the messaging framework including value propositions, proof points, and objection handlers and ensure consistency across every channel, campaign, and asset. Surface the moments where Carta's positioning is strongest and weakest in the market, and drive the iterative work of sharpening the message over time.
  • Build and systematize enterprise-grade collateral and content: Own the content that powers integrated marketing campaigns across PE and VC segments. Develop the assets — campaign content, interactive demos, email programs, event materials, webinars, and more — that give every buyer touchpoint an enterprise feel. Own the tooling, templates, and production standards that raise the floor on output quality.
  • Build and deploy AI-powered PMM infrastructure: Take an AI-forward approach to scaling this work — not just using AI tools, but building with them. Own the maintenance and continuous improvement of Carta's marketing context layer, ensuring our PE and VC persona intelligence, messaging frameworks, and competitive positioning are current, structured, and deployed where sales and marketing can access them through Claude. Go beyond prompt-and-response fluency: be proficient enough with Claude to build and ship PMM skills and automations that get the right insights in front of Cartans when and where they need them.
  • Support integrated outbound campaigns: Partner with Demand Generation and Integrated Marketing to develop and execute full-funnel campaigns targeted at PE and VC buying committees. Own the content and messaging layer, ensuring ABM programs, demand gen campaigns, and event strategies are fueled by real persona intelligence and differentiated from generic B2B marketing.
  • Measure content and campaign impact and close the loop: Track which assets drive engagement, which messages resonate across segments, and which content influences pipeline. Build the reporting that connects content and campaign activity to business outcomes.
The Team You'll Work With

You'll be joining our Marketing team, as part of our Product and Customer Marketing team. Marketing is the engine for growth at Carta. We bring our values to life through our brand, and drive demand for products and services across a complex market landscape. We infuse the customer in everything we design, define, and deliver — and reflect the inspiration and ambition of our customers in the work we do.

You'll work closely with the Sales Enablement PMM, Inbound PMMs Demand Generation, Integrated Marketing, and Creative.
