Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education
- 5+ years of experience developing Java applications using Spring Boot and microservices architectures
- 5+ years of experience developing solutions using Python
- 6+ months of experience building Agentic AI solutions using LangGraph or similar agent frameworks
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with SQL Server, including data modeling, performance tuning, and query optimization
- Experience developing enterprise applications using Angular and/or React
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and AI application development
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and distributed systems
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern SDLC practices
