Key Responsibilities
FP&A: Pacing, Forecasting & Close
- Lead monthly close, forecast, and pacing cycles for the Services Supply Chain P&L, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment to broader Wind Services financial reporting.
- Prepare and publish variance commentary with root-cause analysis, bridging actuals to plan and prior forecast across cost categories.
- Maintain and continuously improve financial models supporting rolling forecasts, annual operating plans (AOP), and long-range planning.
Controllership Partnership: Costing & Inventory Accounting
- Collaborate with Controllership to ensure proper accounting treatment for standard costing, purchase price variances (PPV), and inventory valuation in accordance with US GAAP.
- Support period-end inventory reviews, cycle count reconciliations, and reserve analyses, providing finance perspective on operational inputs and assumptions.
- Liaise between FP&A and Controllership to resolve accounting questions imacting supply chain cost reporting and drive consistency in financial presentation.
Logistics Cost Reporting & Variance Analysis
- Own end-to-end reporting of logistics and freight costs, analyzing actuals versus budget/forecast and identifying key cost drivers, trends, and anomalies.
- Quantify and communicate supply chain impacts to the P&L and balance sheet, including material cost movements, logistics accruals, and inventory-related adjustments.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide Supply Chain and Finance leadership with timely visibility into cost performance.
Strategic Partnership & Ad Hoc Analysis
- Serve as the embedded finance partner for Services Supply Chain leadership, supporting strategic decisions with rigorous financial analysis and scenario modeling.
- Lead or contribute to ad hoc projects including make-vs-buy analyses, sourcing economics, cost reduction initiative tracking, and supplier performance reviews.
- Prepare executive-ready materials and present financial findings to senior Supply Chain and Finance leadership, translating complex data into clear business narratives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, supply chain finance, cost accounting, or a related finance function.
- Solid understanding of US GAAP, particularly as it relates to inventory valuation, cost of goods sold, and logistics accruals.
- Expertise in financial systems and big data environments; demonstrated ability to extract, manipulate, and model large datasets across ERP and BI platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality outputs with focus and urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Highly adaptable and comfortable operating in ambiguous situations; able to pivot quickly in response to new information, shifting priorities, or evolving business needs.
- Experience working with and presenting financial analysis to senior leadership, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates who bring one or more of the following will stand out:
- Active credential or candidacy in CFA, CPA, or CMA — demonstrating commitment to professional excellence and technical rigor.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or energy services business with direct exposure to cost accounting, supply chain operations, or services P&L management.
- Experience developing or improving FP&A infrastructure in a high-growth or transformation environment (process design, tool-building, standard work development).
- Familiarity with wind energy, renewable energy, or field services business models.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $95,300.00 and $158,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
