What You’ll Do

As a Learning & Development Partner, you’ll contribute to the design and delivery of engaging, high-impact learning experiences—especially those focused on core professional skills. You’ll support program logistics, facilitate sessions, customize content to learners, collect data, and serve as a learning liaison to specific teams or functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business units to understand needs and support learning customizations; assist with the delivery of learning programs, workshops, and cohort sessions, both virtual and in-person.

  • Contribute to instructional design and content development (e.g., slides, guides, toolkits)

  • Assist with delivery of learning programs, workshops, and cohorts (virtual and in-person).

  • Facilitate live workshops and trainings (in-person or virtual) for smaller teams and groups

  • Support customization and adaptation of learning materials based on learner feedback and business needs.

  • Collect and synthesize participant feedback to inform continuous improvements.

  • Support communication and logistics in partnership with L&D Ops and business partners.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure learner engagement and success.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by proactively identifying operational and content gaps.

  • Build effective working relationships across teams to support program success.

  • A strong, effective communicator, that can autonomously manage relationships with candidates and hiring managers

  • A problem solver with the ability to recognize when to elevate situations to manager or leadership

  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills

  • An effective time manager, comfortable working on multiple requisitions at various stages

  • Comfortable pivoting with changing candidate and hiring manager needs

  • A helpful team player with business maturity in a professional setting, willing to roll up your sleeves and partner with team members based on bandwidth

  • An active participant in teamwide meetings and conversations; eager to ask questions and provide thoughtful insight

  • A self-starter, consistently motivated, proactive and resourceful, seeking feedback proactively

  • A desire to stay on top of recruitment and industry trends

  • A curious learner

  • An advocate for and supporter of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years in Learning & Development, facilitation, or instructional design

  • Comfortable facilitating in front of groups and adapting content in real-time

  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving.

  • Passionate about helping people grow

Salary Range

$66,300.00 - $85,000.00

A successful applicant’s actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individual’s skill sets, experience, training, education,  licensure/certifications, and qualifications for the role.  As an organization, we take an aptitude and competency-based hiring approach.  We provide a competitive total rewards package including a discretionary bonus and a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, company paid holidays and unlimited paid time off (PTO), mental health and wellness resources, pet insurance, childcare resources, identity theft insurance, fertility assistance programs, and fitness reimbursement.
