The Role

We’re looking for a unique hybrid: a legal expert who thrives in front of a lens and knows how to make the law feel human. As our Immigration Lawyer-Creator, you will bridge the gap between high-stakes legal issues and the people they impact and become the most trusted voice in the immigration space.

This role is designed for a legal expert who will be reacting to cultural moments, shaping opinions, and building a community around shared expertise. With immigration being the most critical priority for our audience, you will have an unprecedented opportunity to become the definitive legal authority they rely on, share, and follow every single day.

Responsibilities
  • Be our on-screen voice for immigration legal content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube

  • Break down complex legal topics into clear, engaging, and shareable content

  • React to immigration news, trends, and real-world scenarios with smart, fast takes

  • Collaborate with our content team on ideas, scripts, and formats

  • Help to develop repeatable content series that scale

  • Build a recognizable voice and perspective in the legal space

  • Work closely with our editor to shape final output and performance

What You'll Bring
  • You’re a qualified immigration attorney (or equivalent legal training/experience)

  • Exceptional ability to explain complex ideas simply and clearly

  • Strong opinions and point of view - not just “safe” answers

  • Comfortable on camera (or confident you can get there quickly)

  • Natural curiosity about news, business, tech, and culture

  • Interest in content, storytelling, and media

  • Fast thinker who can react quickly without losing nuance

Nice to Have
  • Fluency in Spanish

  • You’ve posted content before (even if it’s to a small audience)

  • You’ve explained legal concepts to non-lawyers in real life

  • You have an understanding of how content works on modern platforms

  • You’ve thought about your own voice or personal brand
