A Major International Bank in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a M&A Director in their HQ NYC office.
Job Description
M&A Product Team provides M&A advisory service,
M&A financing to clients and participating M&A syndication.
The Director’s responsibilities include serving as the in-house M&A expert in target identification, transaction design and advisory service to potential clients in particular buy-side clients; designing and implementing M&A financing primarily debt financing for the M&A transaction.
Execute of the syndicated loan product with team members, including:
(i) deal executes activity,
(ii) preparation of the Confidential Information Memorandum and Lender Presentations,
(iii) assisting in credit agreement negotiations. An in-depth knowledge and experience of the M&A business world is essential and integral part of the position.
Skills/Experience Required:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields
Leadership and managerial skills
8 + years of work experience and exhibited competency in financial analysis and credit structuring in leveraged finance & structured finance.
Computer literacy; must be proficient in Microsoft office, Lotus notes
Skills/Experience Preferred
Preferred experience in Leveraged Finance or Investment Banking
Proven interested in leveraged finance, corporate finance and financial market
Experience in Investment Banking Coverage and/or the Major Four Accounting Firms.
