Manager, Data Analytics and Strategy

What does a successful Data Analytics and Strategy Manager do at Fiserv?

As a Corporate Data Analytics & Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for driving modernization within the finance organization and broader Fiserv through advanced data analytics, process optimization, and delivery of actionable insights. In this role, you will join a small and agile team that partners with groups across Fiserv to drive financial and operational innovation.

What you will do?

  • Work with a team of data strategists and engineers to develop data analytics and strategic initiatives
  • Transform data into stories with actionable insights
  • Partner with finance, technology, sales, and strategy teams to identify opportunities to improve data analytics & infrastructure
  • Lead global initiatives for all stages of the project life-cycle (idea creation, planning, execution, completion)
  • Take complex problem statements and convert to project plans and requirements
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance data analytics
  • Be a subject matter expert for data visualization and storytelling at Fiserv

What you will need to have?

  • 5+ years experience in data analysis, business intelligence, data engineering, or finance
  • Experience with business intelligence applications (Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud)
  • Experience with big data and ETL tools (Snowflake, Alteryx)
  • Experience with data analysis tools and programming languages (SQL, Python, R)
  • Experience with RPA and workflow automation platforms (UiPath, Power Automate, Appian)
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence
  • Bachelors degree finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science and/or related field

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding.

Salary Range

$96,200.00 - $164,900.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.

For incentive eligible associates, the successful candidate is eligible for an annual incentive opportunity which may be delivered as a mix of cash bonus and equity awards in the Company’s sole discretion.
