Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary MOL and advocate for market and provider operational needs across enterprise partners
- Lead complex operational issues through identification, escalation, root cause analysis, resolution, and stabilization
- Apply claims processing knowledge to identify trends, assess provider and member impacts, and partner with shared services on timely, sustainable solutions
- Facilitate governance forums, operational reviews, and performance discussions to drive accountability and transparency
- Analyze operational data, identify risks and service gaps, and recommend solutions that improve performance and stakeholder satisfaction
- Build trusted relationships with market leaders, external providers, provider groups, and cross-functional partners
- Meet with external providers and provider groups, as needed, to address operational concerns, provide education, gather feedback, and support resolution of escalated issues
- Lead or support strategic initiatives, process improvements, and implementations affecting market operations
- Prepare concise executive communications, recommendations, and decision-support materials for leadership

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare, payer, provider, claims, market operations, or a related field
- Experience leading complex cross-functional work and influencing outcomes in a matrixed organization without direct authority
- Demonstrated knowledge of claims processing workflows, issue resolution, and impacts to provider and member experience
- Solid analytical, relationship management, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
