The Sr. Manager, Supplier Enablement - Issuer Management & Analytics will lead issuer campaign management and analytics to drive commercial card volume growth and optimize supplier enablement performance. Key Responsibilities
Issuer Management• Partner closely with issuers and account management teams to drive B2B volume growth through supplier enablement campaigns.• Manage relationships with third-party supplier enablement providers to ensure issuer campaigns are executed effectively, efficiently, and against agreed objectives.• Develop quarterly issuer performance reports highlighting high-growth, declining, and at-risk suppliers and identifying opportunities for further activation.• Lead biweekly and monthly issuer and provider reviews to assess pipeline opportunities, campaign performance, volume realization, and key trends.• Perform targeted analysis to identify and leverage successfully validated supplier contact information across campaigns to improve outreach and conversion.• Proactively identify opportunities to optimize existing issuer campaigns and accelerate supplier activation and commercial volume.
Data & Analytics• Develop and maintain analytical dashboards to track commercial acceptance trends, supplier enablement performance, and key performance indicators.• Leverage data and analytical insights to identify when and how suppliers are most likely to accept commercial card payments.• Monitor key KPIs and track monthly performance against established goals, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.• Analyze AP files to identify Card on File suppliers, known acceptors, universal acceptors, selective acceptors, and other high-potential opportunities.• Generate customized reporting and insights into supplier processing behavior, including issuer and acquirer relationships and applicable commercial card qualification levels.• Develop bi-monthly executive leadership updates highlighting supplier enablement performance across issuers, providers, campaigns, and other key business metrics.• Identify low-hanging-fruit and incremental opportunities that may have been overlooked across previous issuer or buyer campaigns.
Qualifications• 7+ years of experience in B2B payments, supplier enablement, commercial cards, analytics, financial services, or related fields.• Strong understanding of commercial card acceptance, supplier enablement, issuer programs, and B2B payment dynamics.• Demonstrated experience managing complex programs, campaigns, and relationships across multiple internal and external stakeholders.• Strong analytical capabilities with experience translating large datasets into actionable commercial insights and growth opportunities.• Experience analyzing AP data, supplier acceptance behavior, campaign performance, and payment-processing trends.• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate insights effectively to senior leadership.
