Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Human Resources team  with a primary focus on supporting recruitment to our global retail organization. This role will manage full-cycle recruitment across retail markets and levels, partnering closely with retail leadership, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to identify and attract exceptional talent. The TA Manager will develop market-specific recruiting strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and drive searches from initial intake through offer while ensuring an efficient hiring process and positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate brings strong retail recruiting experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage multiple searches across locations in North America and Canada in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for Retail positions across multiple locations and levels, from initial intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and closing.
  • Partner closely with Retail leadership, Regional and District Managers, store leadership, and HR Business Partners to understand staffing needs and establish recruiting priorities.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive retail talent to support current openings, anticipated vacancies, new store needs, and future hiring demand.
  • Source candidates through social platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ADP Lyric) networking, referrals, recruiting events, and other relevant channels.
  • Manage multiple concurrent requisitions across different markets while maintaining a strong focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience.
  • Screen and assess candidates for relevant retail experience, leadership capabilities, customer orientation, and alignment with business needs.
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and provide recommendations, candidate insights, and market feedback throughout the selection process.
  • Proactively identify difficult-to-fill markets and positions and develop creative sourcing strategies to strengthen candidate pipelines.
  • Partner with hiring managers to improve time to fill while maintaining appropriate standards for candidate quality.
  • Deliver a professional and engaging candidate experience through consistent communication, timely follow-up, and effective management of the interview process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate, requisition, and hiring activity within ADP Lyric, excel spreadsheet and other Talent Acquisition systems.
  • Monitor recruiting trends and talent availability across key retail markets and share relevant insights with Retail and Talent Acquisition leadership.
  • Identify and participate in recruiting events, career fairs, networking opportunities, and community partnerships that strengthen retail talent pipelines and G-III's employer brand.
  • Travel to retail locations nationally as needed to partner with field leadership, understand market-specific hiring needs, and support recruiting initiatives.
  • Support corporate and other business recruiting needs as priorities require.
  • Partner on additional Talent Acquisition initiatives and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4–6 years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience, with a strong focus on retail recruiting.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple store locations, markets, and levels strongly preferred.
  • Fashion, apparel, specialty retail, or department store recruiting experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to recruit both high-volume retail positions and store leadership talent in competitive markets.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, candidate assessment, interview management, and offer closing.
  • Experience partnering directly with Retail leaders, Regional or District Managers, store management, and HR Business Partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to build proactive talent pipelines and develop market-specific sourcing strategies.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent requisitions while maintaining strong time-to-fill and candidate quality.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems; experience with ADP Lyric preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, sourcing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities and business needs.
  • Ability and willingness to travel nationally between retail locations approximately up to 30% quarterly.

The pay range for this position is: $85,000 – $95,000 per year.
