- Follow product developments from the design phase to production, ensuring that all stages are completed according to quality standards and within the specified timelines.
- Identify, analyse, and resolve problems that may arise during the production process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to find effective and timely solutions.
- Implement improvements to existing manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency and product quality.
- Maintain close collaboration with quality, regulatory, and production teams to ensure project success.

- Ensure that all manufacturing activities align with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other relevant regulations.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with a strong understanding of GMP.
