We are seeking a professional and articulate Market Research Analyst to conduct interviews in German with business stakeholders and industry experts. The ideal candidate will also possess strong English language skills to report findings and liaise with our international team. You will be responsible for facilitating qualitative research interviews that help our clients gain key market, customer, and industry insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth phone interviews with business professionals in German
  • Understand project objectives and develop rapport with interviewees to yield meaningful insights
  • Follow interview guides/questionnaires and accurately capture key findings
  • Transcribe interviews and deliver insights for further analysis
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and communications professionally
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and interviewee confidentiality regulations

Requirements:

  • Native or C2-level German language skills (oral and written)
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Prior experience in conducting B2B or market research interviews is necessary
  • Understanding of business concepts and terminology
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable with remote work tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
  • Able to commit to flexible hours, depending on interviewee availability
