About Blank Street

At Blank Street, we’re on a mission to become the defining food and beverage brand of our generation. From the very beginning, we’ve set out to add a spark to ordinary experiences through elevated products, attention-to-detail, and a commitment to making every moment memorable. We’re motivated by the millions of customers we serve across cities, and know that our potential is unlimited. It all starts with our people and their commitment to make magic happen each and every day.

Add a Spark to the Ordinary…

Blank Street is looking for a Marketing Intern to join a team that's rewriting the rules on what marketing can be. We're not here to just sell matcha, we're here to play a real role in culture. That means big ideas, genuine ownership, and the creative courage to make things that have never been done before. If you've ever thought ‘that would never get approved’ - this is the place where it does. Oh, and we have a lot of fun doing it.

Reporting to the US Marketing Managers, this role is 4 days in-person and based out of our Brooklyn, NY office.

Your Day to Day
  • Support It, Start to Finish: You'll be hands-on with campaigns from kickoff to wrap, helping shape the idea and then staying close through execution. You'll get exposure to a rotating mix of work, from product launches to brand partnerships to store openings, and take ownership of discrete pieces within them.
  • Learning Retail from the Ground Up: You'll help execute our in-store playbook, working closely with the team to make sure every touchpoint reflects the brand and delivers a consistent customer experience.
  • Work Across the Org: You'll partner with creative and ops teams to help get great work out the door, building the project management instincts that make campaigns run smoothly.
  • Get Reps Across Channels: You'll support execution across retail, experiential, digital, social, and press, building a feel for how each channel works and how they fit together.
  • Question the Playbook: You'll bring fresh eyes and be encouraged to speak up when something feels too expected. Your outside perspective is part of what we want from this role.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience (internships, campus organizations, or early roles count), ideally with some exposure to marketing, brand, or content work. Interest in lifestyle brands or startups is a plus, not a requirement.
  • Eye for Storytelling: You have a natural instinct for what makes something compelling. You have a strong sense of taste and curiosity about how to tell a story well, even if you're still developing the craft.
  • Eager and Detail-Oriented: You're excited to roll up your sleeves and learn by doing. You're organized, follow through on the details, and bring energy to scrappy, fast-moving work.
  • Plugged Into Culture: You're online and offline in the ways that matter. You notice trends and moments as they happen and have opinions about what's interesting.
