We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager (CRM Campaign Manager) to lead brand-building marketing initiatives through a customer-centric and loyalty-driven approach. This role is responsible for managing CRM and loyalty strategies from planning through execution, ensuring strong alignment with business goals, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics. The ideal candidate will bring strong cross-functional leadership, analytical expertise, and hands-on campaign management experience across email, SMS, and digital channels.Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development of customer-centric, loyalty-based CRM initiatives focused on run-the-business objectives.
- Manage 1:1 campaigns from planning, briefing, and creative development through production, measurement, and performance evaluation (email & SMS).
- Oversee 1:1 and 1:many CRM calendars in coordination with local and global campaign management teams.
- Support customer strategy development and rewards/loyalty program enhancements.
- Develop Marketing Communications plans aligned with the broader brand marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with global CRM and cross-functional teams to enhance customer journeys, eCommerce initiatives, and engagement programs.
- Analyze campaign results against projections and optimize performance through data-driven insights.
- Drive seamless customer experiences across channels, including trigger-based and lifecycle email communications.
- Develop relevant content and communication strategies to maximize channel effectiveness and engagement.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences and build long-term loyalty.
- Partner with Customer Intelligence, Targeting, and IT teams to fully leverage marketing technology platforms.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in CRM or campaign management.
- Strong understanding of consumer-centric marketing, creative development, and in-market execution.
- Experience managing cross-functional collaboration in a matrix organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging consumer research and multiple data sources to develop marketing plans.
- Proven project management skills with strong attention to detail and results orientation.
- Experience with Oracle Responsys or IBM Unica; familiarity with Figma, project management tools, and Podio is a plus.
