The Marketing Manager, Consulting & Law will report to the Marketing Director, Corporate, Consulting and Law and will play a hands-on role in building and running marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue for GLG’s consulting & law client base. You will work closely with commercial teams and cross-functional partners to execute demand generation initiatives, manage segment-specific content, and contribute to a best-in-class marketing engine.

Responsibilities include

• Develop a deep understanding of the consulting & law segments—including key firms, research use cases, and buyer journeys—to inform and execute targeted marketing strategies that support pipeline and revenue goals

• Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email, webinars, events, and digital programs, to drive awareness and lead generation within the consulting & law segment

• Support full-funnel marketing efforts from lead generation through SQL conversion, partnering with Commercial Operations and Campaign Management to ensure lead quality, proper handoff, and accurate attribution

• Assist in the build-out and execution of account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting high-priority consulting accounts, including strategy, personalization, and measurement

• Collaborate with Product Marketing on go-to-market planning for new product and feature launches relevant to the consulting & law segments

• Own the content calendar, developing and project-managing the production of case studies, thought leadership, webinars, and other assets that demonstrate GLG’s expertise and authority in the space

• Monitor and report on marketing KPIs (e.g., lead volume, lead-to-SQL conversion, campaign ROI) and use performance data to identify optimization opportunities and refine campaign plans

• Coordinate with the Brand team on relevant ‘tentpole’ thought leadership initiatives and with Expert Marketing to identify opportunities to feature relevant experts in segment content

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

• 2 - 5 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, ideally with exposure to professional services, consulting, law firms, or business information industries

• Demonstrated experience executing multi-channel demand generation and lifecycle marketing programs with measurable results

• Experience with two-sided marketplace businesses and/or the research, data, or business information industry is preferred

• Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with commercial and cross-functional partners

• Working knowledge of core mar-tech tools including marketing automation platforms, CRM, ABM tools, and analytics solutions

• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and a bias toward flawless execution

• Collaborative, results-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global environment
