adMarketplace is the largest global marketplace for Native Search advertising. For over 25 years, we’ve connected brands with consumers at the moment they express commercial intent beyond legacy search engines.
Today, our Native Search solutions are exclusively integrated across next-generation platforms where discovery happens, including web browsers, Buy Now Pay Later apps, and AI chat surfaces. Powered by vector search technology, our platform delivers relevant text and product ads that match consumers with the brands, products, and offers they’re actively seeking.
Our award-winning culture is grounded in the principles of Curiosity, Collaboration, Creative Conflict, Commitment, and Competitiveness – our 5Cs. These values drive us to turn complexity into clarity and create measurable value for consumers, advertisers, and publishers alike.
adMarketplace is looking for a Marketing Science Lead to define how we scientifically demonstrate the value of our media to advertisers, publishers, and the broader market.
As the founding hire for our Marketing Science function, you'll have a unique opportunity to build this capability from the ground up. You'll establish our measurement methodologies, operating model, analytical standards, and market-facing approach - initially as a highly hands-on leader, with the opportunity to hire and mentor junior analysts as the function grows.
The role combines causal inference, experimental design, advertising measurement, analytics, and client communication. What You'll DoOwn Marketing Science and Incrementality - Establish our marketing science and measurement vision with a focus on incrementality - design geo holdouts, matched-market tests, experiments, and quasi-experimental studies; establish standards for power, controls, QA, and causal interpretation.
Lead Client-Facing Measurement - Partner with our advertisers and publishers alongside our account teams on study design, analysis, QBRs, and executive-ready measurement narratives. Build engagements with measurement vendors to anticipate AMP’s go-to-market readiness MMM, MTA, incrementality, and data clean rooms.
Productize Measurement and Playbooks - Turn bespoke studies into repeatable playbooks, tooling, datasets, and workflows; determine what can be standardized or automated. Close the feedback loop with product teams as advertiser or publisher needs emerge.
Shape the Measurement Story - Partner with Sales and Product Marketing to translate scientific findings into credible case studies, collateral, and market-facing claims
Deep expertise in causal inference, econometrics, experimental design, or marketing measurement.
Strong understanding of incrementality and advertising effectiveness.
Experience designing and analyzing experiments such as geo holdouts, matched-market tests, A/B tests, or other quasi-experimental designs.
Strong SQL skills and one of Python or R
Ability to communicate statistical concepts to non-technical audiences
Excellent data storytelling and executive/client communication skills.
Ability to move between hands-on analysis and strategic leadership.
Strong commercial judgment - understanding that measurement must be both scientifically credible and operationally usable.

Ability to operate independently today while thinking ahead about how the capability should scale tomorrow.
Experience building or scaling a Marketing Science, Measurement, or Decision Science function.
Experience hiring, mentoring, or managing scientists or analysts.
Experience in ad tech, digital media, search advertising, retail media, marketplaces, or performance marketing.
Experience working directly with advertisers, agencies, or publishers.
