Marketing Transformation Vice President, Adobe Content Transformation

As a Marketing Delivery Lead in the Marketing Transformation office, you will be a key player in driving operational efficiency, transformation delivery, change resiliency and adoption. You will lead the change plan activities for strategic transformation efforts through the project lifecycle, and you will serve as a trusted thought partner to project leaders, senior stakeholders/sponsors, delivering recommendations, robust implementation plans and execute support to achieve business improvement targets. Your role will involve leveraging your deep understanding of people-centered change and process improvement principles to identify impacts, generate innovative solutions, and reduce risk. You will leverage your client management, data analytics and storytelling skills to communicate complex ideas and influence decision-making. Your ability to build and manage diverse transformation team members will be crucial in coordinating work across different parts of the department. With your proficiency in artificial intelligence foundations, you will guide the use of AI systems in process improvement initiatives. Your role will have a wide-ranging impact on our operations, financial management, and service delivery, contributing to the overall success of the Performance Marketing organization.
Job responsibilities
- Manage one or more fast-paced transformation projects (as a change practitioner) that drive the support and adoption of impacted stakeholder groups.
- Manage ambiguity of requests by structuring and scoping complex problems and developing strategic and tactical solutions or approaches.
- Influence and educate senior leadership during times of change.
- Support the development and implementation, of the change enablement strategy in support of projects of all sizes.
- Utilize strong facilitation skills to effectively communicate complex change strategies and changes to diverse stakeholders, influencing decision making and fostering understanding.

Craft and deliver a compelling narrative across both written and verbal mediums to influence executive stakeholders action on key business decisions and major change initiatives.
- Build deep, trust-based advisory relationships with key stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance end-to-end value chains across the firm.
- Be a recognized change culture carrier.
- Maintain and report KPIs/metrics for the change initiatives you lead.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited learning institution.
- 6 + years of relative experience.
- Project Management/change management experience.
- Strong executive level communication skills and presence.
- Proficiency in data analytics, with a demonstrated ability to interpret models and make sound decisions.
- Proficient in the application of artificial intelligence in process improvement initiatives, with a focus on optimizing the performance of AI systems.
- Demonstrated ability in leading end-to-end transformation initiatives, including development of strategic communications, sponsor coaching, and managing stakeholder impact.
- Innovative mindset willing to experiment and embrace design thinking concepts.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Proven cross functional collaboration
- Drive innovation by developing and applying creative solutions to enhance employee adoption and usage during change..
- Proficiency with Large Language Models, KPIs and change metrics.
- Prosci or other change management certification a plus.
