Description:

Marsh People and Investments Executive Rewards Analyst- Louisville- College Program 2027

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Executive Rewards team, part of our People and Investments business at Marsh. This role will be based in Louisville KY and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office or with clients.

THE POSITION: Executive Rewards Analyst

The first step in your career with the Executive Rewards business is as an Executive Rewards Analyst. The Executive Rewards practice helps companies design, assess, and execute performance measurement and rewards strategies that reinforce business objectives. We do this by understanding our clients' unique strategies, capabilities, and cultures, and applying our analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of global market practices to deliver effective results. We benchmark, design, and implement rewards programs — including compensation structures, incentive plans, and benefit programs — and serve as Marsh People and Investments' national executive benefits center of expertise.
