About Tenex
Tenex serves as a Chief AI Officer for forward-thinking mid-market and enterprise companies. We are a full-stack strategic technology partner that helps organizations identify the highest ROI AI opportunities, establish transformation strategies, and execute through a combination of technology and change management offerings.
Our Core Values
1. We give a shit. We care deeply about all we do—about our work, our customers, and each other. We take pride in what we build, relentlessly pursue customer satisfaction, and view excellence not as optional but as who we are.
2. We take out the trash. No task is beneath us, and no ego is above the work. Whether it's a glamorous project or a mundane necessity, we roll up our sleeves and get it done.
3. We never beat around the bush. Clear communication is kindness. We say what we mean, mean what we say, and deliver feedback directly and respectfully. No passive aggression, no politics—just honest, straightforward dialogue.
4. We go down the rabbit hole. Then keep going. We actively challenge ourselves and each other to stay inspired, stay curious, and evolve. We explore new technologies, question conventional approaches, and never stop learning.
5. We do the right thing. Trust is our most valuable asset—earned slowly, lost instantly. We operate with integrity in every interaction, even when no one is watching. Doing what's right isn't negotiable.
6. We operate like Navy SEALs. Greatness doesn't happen between 9 and 5. We're building something meaningful, and genuine impact demands commitment—including nights and weekends when necessary.
7. We share feedback. We listen to feedback. Feedback is our fastest path to excellence. We invite critique, act on it immediately, and treat every interaction as an opportunity for two-way learning.
