Job Summary:

We are looking for either an analyst or associate to join the Americas Equities structuring team. You will be involved in the ideation, pricing, and origination of new payoffs and products for our hedge fund, institutional, and distributor clients. You will liaise with various teams including Sales, Trading, Quantitative Research, as well as other members of the Structuring team.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with Sales, Trading, and Quantitative Research teams to develop innovative financial products.
  • Engage in the pricing and origination of new payoffs and products for diverse clients.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new product offerings.
  • Support the team in executing strategic initiatives and projects.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in a structuring, trading and/or quant role
  • Experience in SPVs, funds, or cross-asset structuring is a plus
  • Proven data analysis skills (Python coding experience preferred)
  • Product knowledge in derivatives, including standard options pricing models (e.g., local volatility) and structured investments
  • Demonstrable interest in financial markets
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to partner with a broad range of people
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Relentless attention to detail
