About the Role

We’re looking for an Office Manager who is equal parts operational powerhouse, project manager, and culture champion. In this role, you’ll own the day-to-day rhythm of our New York office—ensuring the team has what they need, systems run smoothly, and problems get solved before they even become problems.

You’ll manage office operations, facilities, vendors, and cross-functional projects that improve how we work. This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes initiative without being asked, and brings an enthusiastic, solutions-oriented energy to every interaction. If you love making things run better, faster, and smoother—and you enjoy being the person everyone is genuinely excited to see—you’ll be a perfect fit.

Responsibilities
  • Office Operations & Facilities Management: Own daily office operations to maintain a productive, welcoming, high-functioning environment, including greeting guests. Manage facilities needs, vendor relationships, office supplies, and workspace logistics, including the management of inbound/outbound shipping. Anticipate and resolve operational issues quickly with resourcefulness and sound judgment.

  • Project & Program Management: Lead and support cross-functional operational projects—from office improvements to team-wide initiatives. Build systems and processes that improve efficiency, communication, and workflow. Track timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure projects land on time and with high quality.

  • Workplace Experience & Culture: Foster a positive, connected office culture through events, celebrations, and experiences. Serve as a trusted point of contact for onboarding new employees, helping remove friction and create an environment where people can do their best work. Champion team rituals, maintain shared spaces, and ensure office norms run smoothly.

  • Communication & Coordination: Prepare materials, agendas, and organizational documents that support meetings and team alignment. Help facilitate clear communication across teams by ensuring the right information gets to the right people at the right time.

  • Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and bring order to chaos—then implement improvements. Support strategic initiatives and internal operations with a proactive, “I’ll take it from here” mindset. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across all administrative and operational workflows.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in office management, operations, project coordination, or similar roles supporting a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects, solve problems, and navigate shifting priorities.

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow-through and a high personal bar for quality.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust, rapport, and strong working relationships across the organization.

  • Known for taking initiative—anticipating needs, resolving issues early, and making things happen without being asked.

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and standard office/operations tools.

  • Bonus: Experience in event planning, facilities coordination, or vendor management.

Full-time in office in NYC. Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM start.
