About the team & Opportunity:

The Quartet Application Support Team deals directly with internal customers to assist in resolving issues while striving to build and maintain strong customer relations and partnerships. The App Support Analyst will provide application support and optimization. The ideal candidate must be able to solve problems by analyzing business issues/requirements, analyzing workflows and synthesizing key messages, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Accountabilities:

  • Troubleshooting, testing and coordinating to resolve issues while providing status to internal clients on a timely basis with limited supervision
  • Documenting internal processes and/or business knowledge
  • Reviewing the progress of and evaluating efficiency of issue resolutions
  • Cultivating and leveraging cultural awareness to sponsor solutions
  • Empowering internal customers with self service information dissemination
  • Maintaining compliance with given support SLA’s

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of application support experience
  • Analytical Mindset
  • Great Communication Skills
  • Patience & Empathy
  • Technical Troubleshooting/Problem Solving Skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Experience
  • Healthcare Experience
