What you will be doing
As a full-time District Clinical Operations Manager, you will lead our in-person day to day operations for multiple offices across your market. You will interact with the clinical and operations teams to develop and execute on in-clinic workflows and processes. You will help to support our medical assistants through building and developing effective teams. Excellent candidates will have a passion for providing amazing patient experiences and be eager to lead a team of phenomenal medical assistants.
This is an in-person role based out of New York. You will be expected to visit offices in your region at a regular cadence. This person will report to the Director of Field Operations.
What success looks like
- Working collaboratively with clinical and operations leaders to provide exceptional in-person primary care.
- Driving the key metrics that represent success in the office including patient satisfaction, team engagement, quality and value, and financial goals.
- Aligning with workforce management consultants to determine staffing needs and participating in key interviews to build an effective team and ensure appropriate coverage at all of our clinics.
- Coordinating the operational responsibilities of new clinic launches in your market including but not limited to lab set up, vendor set up, and inventory management.
- Managing key relationships with local health systems, specialists and landlords.
What you will bring
- A passion for delivering virtual primary care and supporting patients.
- 3+ years experience building, managing, and cultivating teams.
- A proactive, problem solving mindset, with the ability to structure and solve complex problems.
- Proven ability to use data to drive your decision making.
- Proven experience communicating with key stakeholders at various levels.
- A team-oriented approach to healthcare.
- The desire to be part of a fast-moving, cutting-edge startup.
- Experience in healthcare, especially collaboration with providers, is a plus.
