About the Role
YieldStreet is looking for a dedicated Investor Relations Manager to enhance the investor experience by having an investor first mentality and finger on the pulse of the competitive B2C sales and customer success industry. As an Investor Relations (IR) Manager you will manage a growing team of IR Associates and play a critical role in acting as the face of YieldStreet to our investors. You will be responsible for creating a best in class standard of customer experience with an eye on increasing participation and engagement in YieldStreet offerings. What you will do
- Clear point of view to deliver best in class customer experience to our rapidly growing investor base
- Have an eye for scale and understand how to build efficient and repeatable processes for managing client inquiries in a timely manner
- Lead a growing team of Investor Relations Associates
- Promote insights relevant to investors regarding on-boarding and user experience and act as a voice of the customer internally through cross functional interaction with Product, Marketing, Investments and Operations
- Own and drive primary KPIs of the team to interpret insights and information to impact a number of areas, such as; mitigate investor churn, response time, customer satisfaction etc
- Quickly learn the details of our core investment offerings, sufficient to drive client interest and secure participation in our investment offerings as we continue to expand into new asset classes
- Provide research and knowledge to the IR Associates so they can properly answer any investor questions and/or concerns
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Marketing from a top tier institution
- 5-7 years of Sales or Customer Success experience, prior experience to Wealth Management a plus
- Experience with Salesforce required and ZenDesk strongly preferred
- Familiarity with sales process and activities such as; script development and sales collateral creation
- Understanding of the competitive wealth management and alternative investment landscape in wealth management and the alternative investment space a plus
- Motivated, self-starter with aptitude for hard work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented and organized
