Responsibilities:

• You will report to the VP, Business Systems
• You will work with different important partners to recognize systems opportunities to improve multiple internal processes and promote accurate and efficient reporting
• Manage the access, configuration, and evolving functionality of main business systems such as Salesforce.com, Unqork, Sage Intacct, Tableau, and more
• Be the main contact for specific issues and troubleshooting, and questions as it relates to our core internal systems
• Build Tableau data models and modify views to support reporting and analysis
• Partner with business owners to develop training and deployment plans focused on user adoption and realization of business benefits
• Enhance data pipelines and dashboards to ensure accurate and reliable business reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience with popular SaaS applications, including application administration, business process configuration, security, and advanced reporting using SQL
• Compose original requirements, recommendations, reports, and internal presentations to management
• Expertise configuring popular SaaS applications, including CRM, PSA, HRIS / HCM, and ERP
• Understanding of JSON and RESTful APIs
• Experience with process modeling, information architecture, and data modeling
• An understanding of how different systems work and potentially integrate with each other
• Work with senior management
