Your team:

The Customer Experience team makes a direct impact on Ribbon’s mission to make homeownership achievable. Ribbon Account Managers own the customer’s experience and they are critical to the mission. As a manager of our Customer Experience Team, you’ll lead a team of sales professionals who are the experts at Ribbon’s platform and programs. We are experiencing rapid growth and need an enhanced customer experience delivered by our sales team and enabled by their managers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career on the ground floor of an exciting prop-tech startup. You’ll work on a fast-paced, tenacious team with teammates who thrive as a unit. 

How you’ll make homeownership achievable:

  • Hold your team accountable for cultivating and maintaining customer relationships
  • Coach your team to succeed in building and nurturing a book of business
  • Facilitate the customer experience from qualified lead to close
  • Demonstrate expertise in finding solutions to customer problems
  • Demonstrate expertise at using customer relationship management tools to exceed customer communication expectations
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and work with the team to reach goals
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure team members have visibility and expertise into all steps of the customers’ journey 
  • Drive individual and team results to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas
  • Strive to continuously improve the sales enablement process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices 
  • Represent and demonstrate our company values, brand, and mission

About you: 

  • RE knowledge, experience, or license preferred
  • 2 years experience managing a team of 5+ salespersons
  • Ability to speak with all parties to the real estate transaction and ask intelligent questions
  • Experience managing through change
  • Experience working in a hyper-growth startup environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Genuine customer empathy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity in an environment developing process and policy
  • Working in a fast-changing environment as part of an early-stage startup excites you
  • Must be highly self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Possess a thirst for knowledge and growth
  • Have a sense of urgency and persistence strongly biased to action
