Yotpo is eager to hire a smart, enthusiastic and dedicated Office Admin to join our growing New York team. This is a great opportunity for an industrious self-starter who is looking for an instrumental role within an innovative and fast-paced company.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative (60%)
    • Work closely with Yotpo’s CEO and COO to manage day-to-day scheduling, logistics and personal needs. Heavy calendar and travel. must be able to work quickly and adjust to changing schedules are conflicts arise.
    • Provide administrative support to the broader office as needed, including coordination of international and domestic travel arrangements and expense processing.
    • Lead administrative tasks such as scheduling on and off-site meetings, coordinating with vendors, and be the point person for all office supplies.
    • Create and publish office calendar and coordinate related events.
    • Greet incoming visitors
    • Track on-boarding and off-boarding of employee information and update related systems.
  • Office Operations (20%)
    • Help manage kitchen inventory and on-site contractors.
    • Liaise with building management and vendors in NYC.
    • Work seamlessly with our wonderful Office Support team.
  • People Experience (20%)
    • Manage and organize events, social outings, lunches, and more.
    • Implement team-building activities and social events that promote internal initiatives and enhance the company culture.
    • Execute on general communications to the New York office and coordinate specific events with our international offices.

 Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Extremely strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter, comfortable taking initiative and seeing projects from start to finish
  • Collaborative, positive and team-spirited
  • A ‘people’ person with a can-do, positive and humble attitude
  • Sound knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and associated programs
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Thrives in an extremely fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • 1-3 years of experience
