What you will be doing
As a Behavioral Health Operations Associate, you will own daily operations that are critical to enable our behavioral health team to deliver services to Eden Health members. We’re looking for an early career operations professional to work across a variety of initiatives related to supporting our behavioral health services.
As a member of the Behavioral Health team, you’ll join a collaboration of therapists, clinicians, navigators, operators and analysts. You will be responsible for executing daily operations required to ensure a consistent best-in-class experience for our patients; you will also support special projects for service innovation so your responsibilities will evolve as we innovate our services. You’ll be expected to complete tasks efficiently and effectively, and communicate with patients, clinicians, and other Eden Health staff. Your success will be measured by your ability to create reliable and repeatable workflows that meet our time commitments to our customers. You will also be looked upon to provide insights on the themes and trends of Behavioral Health service delivery so that we can fix issues before they happen or get worse.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious person who wants to create healthcare the way it should be and to learn about technology-enabled and user-centric healthcare. This is a full time, fully remote position that will report to a senior operations leader within Behavioral Health, currently the General Manager of Behavioral Health.
