We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Professional Services People & Portfolio Leader to join our Raleigh-Durham team. This role is also open to remote team members within the US!

You’ll grow and manage the Onna Professional Services Team and portfolio offerings across our Knowledge Integration Platform, including eDiscovery and Compliance. In partnership with Sales, Customer Success, ProServe Enterprise Service Managers, and Product, you’ll develop standards for training, delivery excellence, and support for GTM strategies. This is an extremely cross-functional role, where you will manage concurrent work streams as you build repeatable, scalable processes to define the future of Onna’s Professional Services Offering.  

What you’ll do:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to design, package, and take Onna’s training and professional services offerings to market
  • Build and lead a team of great people who will serve as subject matter experts responsible for scoping engagements, delivering training, and scaling complex on-premise/VPC implementations
  • Provide guidance and oversight to ensure delivery standards are met and escalations are properly handled
  • Proactively identify and fix portfolio concerns that may impact the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial and business goals

Who you are:

  • You have at least 2 years leading professional services teams at Enterprise Saas Companies
  • Knowledge of cloud architecture (GCP, AWS, Azure, etc.) as well as on-premise IT landscape 
  • Experience with SaaS solutions such as Slack, Atlassian, GSuite, Quip, Jira 
  • Strong familiarity with application and data integration, knowledge management, information governance, and/or eDiscovery solution landscape
  • Experience leading cross functional teams (ESM, Consultants, Architects) to develop, package, and price professional services offerings that will be delivered successfully and achieve customer business outcomes
  • Leadership experience managing multiple and concurrent technical projects to successful completion
  • Managed and delivered IT engagements for large enterprise customers who have over 10,000 employees
  • Bonus points if you have an active project management certification (PMP, PMI, CSM, etc)
