The System integration specialist will support application integrations across several business systems. The specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining application, API, data transfer, and EDI connections. This role will work with the business and technology leads to design, develop, troubleshoot and maintain application integrations. Primary responsibilities include documenting and troubleshooting existing integrations and providing technical support.
Amplify requires all staff to provide proof of vaccination for in-person meetings unless an approved exemption is provided.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain services used in application integrations
  • Design integration solutions and document the design in accordance with best practices
  • Work with development teams to architect, design, build, and implement application integrations
  • Support development on resolving system defects, acting as liaison, and developing solutions
  • Coordinate directly with business users and business analysts to best understand and analyze business specifications
  • Provide technical assistance to troubleshoot and resolve integration errors
  • Document and manage current integrations


Basic requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience building systems integrations
  • 2 years experience with iPaaS platforms such as Dell boomi, Mulesoft, Jitterbit, Informatica, etc
  • Experience working with ERP and supply chain systems
  • Demonstrated experience writing web services, REST, or SOAP
  • Demonstrated strong analytical/problem solving skills and ability to follow procedures
  • Experience writing communications with solid sense of customer service


Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Hands-on deployment, maintenance, and administration of integration processes between applications across cloud and/or on-premise using Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform
  • Managing, Monitoring, Sustaining, Troubleshooting and supporting existing SOA Architecture and Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform
  • Demonstrated ability to design and document software solutions
  • Strong familiarity with agile software development practices and tools
  • Experience with Data management, manipulation and governance best practices
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and work in a team with diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Team player who is also able to work independently and handle conflicting priorities while maintaining consistent, quality performance standards
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines and prioritize effectively, while delivering high quality work
  • Solution oriented with a high sense of quality, attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency, and meeting tight deadlines
