About the Role

Analytics at KeyMe means large volumes of data generated from thousands of robotic kiosks and millions of customer interactions. We’re looking for a data-obsessed Systems Analyst to work on our most challenging Machine Learning projects. This an integral role for our business centered around our commitment to data-driven insights informing our strategy to continuously improve and iterate on our kiosk performance. This role will identify data we should be tracking and become an integral part of the team, partnering closely with our Leadership team.

This role is responsible for proactively monitoring, identifying, and addressing issues with our fleet of kiosks. As part of our Analytics team, you will collaborate closely with engineers to identify patterns, validate hypotheses, and build reports to share recommendations and insights that inform our Analytics and Engineering roadmaps. You will also scope and drive coordination of experiments in our testing lab in Kentucky as we continue to enhance kiosk functionality.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Be the primary owner of our kiosk performance reporting progress in reducing it, working with Engineering to help design, test, promptly deploy and track performance of Engineering solutions 
  • Conducting exploratory analysis to understand patterns on our kiosks
  • Using data to answer complex questions from our technology leadership
  • Work closely with our Machine Intelligence engineering team to devise improvements to our R&D process
  • Present analytical findings to our CTO and engineering team
  • Build new and refine existing ETL flows
  • Develop and deploy Tableau reports to share findings and insights


How We Know You Can Do It

  • 3-4 years of SQL experience (required)
  • Experience hypothesis testing and statistical analysis (required)
  • Experience with Tableau or similar BI solution (preferred)
  • Experience with Python and/or R (preferred)
  • Experience in quality assurance testing (desired)
  • Able to work independently and efficiently in order to meet organization goals
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Must be able to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a cross-departmental team 
  • Bachelor’s degree in math, science or engineering
