We are looking for an experienced VP of Network Operations to join our Network and Clinical Quality team. This role is responsible for leading the provider network to ensure network growth and adequacy meet growing demand levels, as well as ensuring high level of member’s satisfaction and quality of service. We are looking for someone who has experience in operational leadership in the tech space and wants to bring their talents into a “for purpose” space. What You'll Do

• In partnership with the Vice President of Clinical and Quality, establish the company's strategic vision and objectives for the provider network
• Lead and professionally develop network operations and network data analysis staff
• Oversee provider network analytics, from a growth, coverage and cost perspective 
• Lead supply-demand optimization to ensure Network’s capacity and efficiency   
• Improve provider satisfaction and maximize operational efficiencies through the execution of strategic programs
• Work cross-functionally to connect Network with all necessary departments
• Implement network innovations
• Own network functions to assure ongoing compliance with important payer, industry and regulatory requirements
• Additional duties as assigned

About You 

• BA/BS degree, MBA preferred 
• 8-10 years in health-related field; experience in tech-enabled healthcare provider organization
• Experience managing supply side of two-sided marketplace, ideally in healthcare
