Job Description:

Order Tracking Specialist (485 Clerk)

The Order Tracking Specialist is an essential component of the certified agency team. The Order Tracking specialist is responsible for obtaining signed 485’s from MDs.

What we are looking for:

  • High School Diploma

  • Experience with 485's (Preferred)

  • Accepting candidates Bilingual Spanish, Creole, Mandarin, Russian, Bengali or Hindu

  • Experience with customer service

  • Experience with high volume coordination

  • Flexibility with working over-time as needed

  • Home care experience/CHHA a plus
