About the Role

Daloopa is looking for a Director of Organic Growth & Search to own how our brand and products are discovered across traditional and AI-powered search.

You will lead our strategy across SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and organic experimentation, with a focus on growing high-value, non-branded discovery and qualified pipeline.

You will also ensure Daloopa’s broader brand momentum—from PR, partnerships, brand activations and content—translates into lasting organic value through authoritative links, citations, and visibility.

What You’ll Do

  • Own organic growth: Develop and execute Daloopa’s strategy across SEO, AEO/GEO, and emerging organic channels, with a focus on driving non-branded discovery and pipeline.
  • Grow search visibility (including AI search): Own keyword strategy, on-page and technical SEO, internal linking, and site architecture. Establish how Daloopa shows up across AI-powered search and answer engines, and test strategies to increase relevant citations and visibility.
  • Shape organic content strategy: Identify priority search opportunities and partner with PMMs and subject-matter experts to optimize content for traditional and AI search.
  • Turn brand momentum into authority: Partner with brand, comms, and demand generation stakeholders to translate PR, brand activations, and campaigns into authoritative links, mentions, and citations.
  • Experiment and optimize: Build a disciplined testing program across content, landing pages, conversion paths, and traditional and AI search to identify and scale what drives qualified organic growth.
  • Measure business impact: Establish reporting across organic visibility, engagement and conversion, partnering with Marketing leadership and Marketing Ops / RevOps to continually improve attribution.

Who You Are

  • 8+ years of experience in SEO, search strategy, and/or organic growth, ideally at a B2B technology, fintech or SaaS company.
  • Deep expertise across SEO (including technical SEO), search intent, site architecture, and authority building.
  • Strong understanding of AI search and hands-on experience with AEO/GEO strategies and experimentation.
  • Track record of growing non-branded organic discovery and connecting organic programs to qualified leads, pipeline, or revenue.
  • Strategic but hands-on—you can set the roadmap while also digging into search data, auditing pages, and launching experiments.
  • Proficient with tools for search performance (Google Search Console), web analytics (GA4), SEO research (Semrush or Ahrefs), and AEO/GEO visibility (Profound, AthenaHQ, or similar).
  • Strong cross-functional partner.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with financial services, investment research, and/or workflows tools (API, MCP, LLMs).
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.

Success Looks Like

  • Daloopa materially expands its visibility for high-value, non-branded searches relevant to our target audience.
  • Daloopa becomes increasingly visible and cited across AI-powered search experiences, supported by a scalable AEO/GEO playbook across Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
  • Organic discovery becomes a growing source of qualified pipeline.
  • Daloopa has a repeatable experimentation engine for identifying and scaling new sources of organic growth.
