About the company

Our client is a fast-growing technology company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Lead paid advertising across social, search and newer channels, from planning through day-to-day execution. Run a steady cycle of experiments, weigh growth goals against spend efficiency, and partner with other departments to open up further growth opportunities.

What you'll do

- Set and carry out the paid advertising plan across social, search and newer channels, accountable for pipeline, revenue and cost per acquisition.

- Increase spend in a measured way, weighing growth goals against overall business balance as each channel matures.

- Form hypotheses, run frequent experiments and iterate quickly, including landing page tests and review of ad creative results.

- Apply sound measurement practices such as incrementality, attribution modeling and experiment design, and make good judgment calls when data is incomplete.

- Work with sales, product, operations and marketing colleagues to find growth opportunities outside paid channels.

- Guide rapid creative testing by briefing designers and content teams and sharing informed views on what lifts conversion.

- Hands-on management of consumer-facing social ad budgets reaching seven figures or more.

- Experience shaping a paid marketing strategy at an early or growth-stage company, with clear evidence of substantial growth.

- Familiarity with related growth levers such as conversion optimization, landing pages, web experiments and partnerships.

- Advanced skill with the major social and search advertising platforms, plus newer paid channels.

- Comfort creating processes and programs from nothing with limited resources.

- Ability to work on-site five days a week.
