To best perform this job, you will demonstrate:

  • Experience working with designers and editors in a collaborative, fast-paced editorial environment.
  • Familiarity with DAM systems and standard industry tools for photo editing and asset management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3–5 years of photo editing experience in editorial, digital media, or premium consumer publishing.
  • A portfolio or body of work demonstrating strong visual curation and editorial judgment.
  • Deep appreciation for Air Mail's voice, aesthetic, and audience.

Salary, Perks & Benefits:

  • Flexible PTO, in addition to company holidays
  • Company-sponsored health, dental, vision and 401K plans
  • Company equity
  • Endless development opportunities at a fast-growing startup
  • The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $65,000. Final title and compensation will ultimately be based on the candidate's location, skill level and experience.
