You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that drive and improve the effectiveness and innovation of our global recruiting programs. You will partner with senior leaders across the business, TA, Engineering, People Insights and external partners to design, launch, and scale programs that align with our company's strategic workforce goals.

- Lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, execution, and measurement of complex, multi-year TA programs that support business growth and transformation.
- Collaborate with TA leadership and business executives to identify critical talent needs, develop program roadmaps, and prioritize initiatives that deliver measurable business value.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners (TA leadership, HR, People Insights, Business leaders, Legal, IT, etc.) to ensure alignment, buy-in, and successful program delivery.
- Drive organizational change by developing communication plans, training, and enablement strategies to ensure adoption and sustainability of new processes and technologies across the business and TA.
- Leverage data and analytics to assess program effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and inform decision-making.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in talent acquisition; pilot and scale innovative solutions to enhance candidate, interviewer and hiring manager experience.
- Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to program managers in and across project teams.
- Work in a remote environment, interfacing and supporting Atlassian teams across the globe.
- 10+ years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years in Talent Acquisition, HR, or related fields.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional programs in a complex, matrixed environment.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with change management, process improvement, and technology implementation in TA or HR.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Lean, Jira, Asana).
