Lead the internationalization and localization strategy for Atlassian's products, managing complex technical programs and collaborating with engineering teams.
Working at Atlassian
Atlassians can choose where they work - whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities.
This is a remote position based in Australia or New Zealand. With a sufficient timezone overlap with the team, we're able to hire eligible candidates for this role from any location in Australia and New Zealand.
About the role
We're looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead the next chapter of Atlassian's internationalization (i18n) and localization (l10n) strategy.
In this role, you'll partner with engineering to build a fully automated, scalable localization system and to shape where it does-and does not-make sense to localize our products. You'll drive the technical programs that modernize our i18n platform, and the business conversations that ensure we invest localization effort where it creates the most value.
You'll be operating at both system and strategy level: designing how localization flows through our toolchain, and using data to steer market and language decisions.
What you'll do
On your first day, we'll expect you to have
