About the Role:

Are you passionate about digital media, live streaming, and creating engaging content that connects with audiences? Join Advanced Systems Group as a Producer for Streaming Video and Shoppable Events! In this versatile, hands-on role, you’ll drive innovative live streaming initiatives for a major media company client, managing both your own projects and collaborating closely with Producers and Associate Producers. You’ll have the opportunity to shape digital content from start to finish—developing concepts, supporting talent, shaping creative graphics, and executing exciting live and pre-taped events, all while working alongside industry leaders.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee all stages of content production—from idea to final cut—making sure everything runs smoothly and on schedule.

  • Deliver compelling, high-quality digital content on time and within budget.

  • Lead and execute shoppable, interactive live event productions supporting our client’s streaming strategies.

  • Participate in production meetings to keep up with changing priorities and schedules.

  • Excel at quick turnarounds, ensuring new content meets tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

  • Stay current with emerging digital technologies, including web, mobile, social media, and streaming innovations.

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to deliver on production goals.

  • Partner with editors to shape pre-taped content, provide feedback, and manage revisions.

  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve production challenges with creative solutions.

  • Coordinate between production and studio teams to ensure seamless execution.

  • Work cross-departmentally to establish production standards and best practices.

  • Own the production schedule, ensuring creative requests are prioritized and completed on time.

  • Foster a collaborative, positive work environment that celebrates teamwork.

  • Resolve production issues efficiently and effectively as they arise.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 6+ years of experience in digital media, with expertise in live and multimedia production (ideally for major brands or corporations)

  • Strong project management skills, able to juggle several projects independently

  • Proven track record of delivering corporate video projects to client specifications

  • Deep understanding of the technical aspects of video production

  • Excellent communication and client service skills; you’re responsive, reliable, and a trusted partner

  • Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail

  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet ambitious deadlines

  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed for off-site productions
