The Product Leader will be responsible for the strategy, design, development, and delivery of AI and digital solutions across Mercer. • Lead the execution of AI and digital initiatives, coordinating across teams to manage resources, timelines, and dependencies, while monitoring KPIs and establishing feedback loops to continuously optimize solutions.

  • Ensure all AI and digital deployments are ethical, responsible, and compliant with security, privacy, and regulatory standards, managing risks related to data security, model explainability, and platform reliability.

What you need to have:

  • 8–12 years of experience in AI product ownership, digital product leadership, or enterprise technology innovation.

  • Proven track record of delivering AI and digital solutions at scale within complex environments.

  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, digital platforms, data architecture, and product design.

  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.

  • Expertise in agile delivery methods and leading cross-functional teams.

What makes you stand out:

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate AI and digital capabilities into tangible business outcomes.

  • Experience delivering AI-driven and digital solutions at scale within complex organizations.

  • Familiarity with responsible AI frameworks, digital governance, and data privacy regulations.

Why join our team:
