Product manager - Integrations

About the Role

As a Product Manager - Integrations at Niural, you will contribute to the strategy and execution of integrations with key HR and finance platforms. You will collaborate with multiple product teams and external partners, helping to define and deliver solutions that automate processes and eliminate manual tasks for our customers.

You will shape the development of 'plug-and-play' integrations that seamlessly work with customers’ existing tools. Your role will involve balancing customer needs with long-term scalability while being involved in the continuous improvement of integration capabilities.

What You'll Do

  • Contribute to the development of the strategy and roadmap for key integrations, balancing both short-term customer needs and long-term scalability.

  • Collaborate with leadership across partnerships, sales, customer success, and product teams to identify and prioritize integration opportunities.

  • Lead discovery phases to gain a deep understanding of customer needs and assess the feasibility, desirability, and viability of integration solutions.

  • Drive the execution of cross-functional initiatives from ideation to launch, ensuring solutions align with business and technical goals.

  • Track meaningful KPIs and OKRs, and analyze post-launch results to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

  • Influence and build consensus around integration priorities across teams and stakeholders, helping to align technical and business goals.

  • Work autonomously to manage competing priorities, drive decisions quickly, and balance technical debt while ensuring product excellence.

Essential Requirements

  • 3-5 years of product management experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (start-up or scale-up experience preferred).

  • Strong understanding of APIs, integration design patterns, and platform architecture.

  • Proven ability to execute complex integration initiatives, driving tangible business impact.

  • Commercially savvy, with the ability to prioritize based on business value and customer needs.

  • Experience collaborating across engineering, design, and business teams to deliver seamless integrations.

  • Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations, using both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.

  • Solid UX and UI sensibility, with a focus on simplifying complex integration experiences for users.

  • Proactive, independent, and accountable, with a passion for driving product success.

Nice to Have Requirements

  • Experience with HRIS and ERP systems like Workday, SAP, or similar.

  • Experience with external payroll integrations and working with large enterprise customers.

  • Familiarity with integration frameworks or developer tooling.

  • Experience with platform product management or building integration tools that enable scalability for teams.
