The Claims Transformation Product Owner will own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for claims technology capabilities within Chubb's Global Claims Transformation organization, translating business strategy into prioritized, well-defined requirements that drive operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and an elevated customer experience.

You will partner closely with business stakeholders, and data, AI and IT development teams, ensuring the highest-value capabilities are delivered first. • Maintain product and program management artifacts (roadmaps, backlog trackers, stakeholder analyses) across multiple concurrent workstreams

  • Coordinate business owners, IT teams, and stakeholders through the full lifecycle — scope, design, develop, test, deploy, monitor

  • Establish and maintain consistent product ownership standards across Claims globally

  • Support planning and execution of large-scale technology implementations and operational transformation initiatives

  • Represent business stakeholders and act as voice of the customer in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint review)

  • Maintain documentation (release notes, training materials, user guides) using SharePoint, Teams, JIRA, Visio, and Excel

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (Six Sigma, PMP, Agile) a plus

  • Experience serving as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Process Engineer or similar role owning a product backlog in an Agile transformation or continuous improvement context.

  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application to business process automation
  • Outstanding communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders and vice versa
  • Experience with claims operations is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; data-driven decision maker
  • Initiative-taking, adaptable, and able to navigate ambiguity
  • Collaborative, inclusive, and able to drive consensus across diverse teams
  • Genuine learning agility; quickly grasps new concepts and emerging technologies, proactively seeks out development opportunities, and continuously expands expertise.
  • Solid execution capability with attention to quality, adherence to deadlines, and a positive impact on the customer experience.
