Job Description

This role sits inside the Office of GPC and is the production engine behind how Global Partnerships & Channels tells its story. The Program Manager, Partner Narrative turns leadership intent into finished executive artifacts: briefing packs, partner narratives, board-ready slides, and governance one-pagers that hold up in front of the most senior audiences at ServiceNow and at our partners. This is a craft role for someone early in their career who writes exceptionally well, builds beautiful decks, and wants to learn the partner ecosystem from the center of it.

The Opportunity

GPC builds ServiceNow's AI-native partner ecosystem across five Routes to Market: Hyperscaler, ISV/Build, Resell, Service Provider, and Consulting & Implementation. Partners deliver approximately 90% of every ServiceNow deployment and source a growing share of the company's new business making the GPC narrative one of the most consequential stories the company tells.

The Office of GPC drives the organization's rhythm of business, shapes how GPC's story lands with our CEO, Board, and partner C-suites, and turns partner strategy into artifacts that ship. This role is the seat where that work gets built. The pace is fast, the audiences are senior, and the standard is high. In exchange, you get a front-row view of how a multi-billion-dollar partner ecosystem is run.

What You Will Do

Executive Materials (~30%)

  • Support drafting briefing packs and pre-reads for CEO, SVP, and Board-level partner engagements, Executive Briefings, and C-suite meetings - to standard on templates.
  • Build talking points, internal communications, and institutional narrative for GPC leadership
  • Turn dense inputs — pipeline data, deal structures, partner scorecards — into short, decision-ready narrative

Presentation & Narrative Craft (~30%)

  • Own deck development: structure the argument, build it, apply ServiceNow brand standards, and land the visual
  • Help maintain the reusable asset library — partner blueprints, scorecards, org charts, enablement guides, and the GPC operating model walking deck — so nothing is rebuilt from scratch each quarter
  • Maintain GPC quality and consistency standards across everything that carries the GPC name.

Rhythm of Business (~25%)

  • Help run the operating cadence for the Office of GPC: agendas, prep, follow-ups, and the discipline of closing actions
  • Coordinate Tiger Teams and cross-functional workstreams across Sales, Marketing, Partner Operations, Finance, and Legal without formal authority over any of them
  • Support GPC Leadership Team forums, QBRs, offsites, and executive engagements under prioritization set by the Executive Office

Reporting & Partner Intelligence (~15%)

  • Produce and increasingly automate recurring outputs: the partner lookbook, partner intelligence pulls, and dashboard maintenance against the single GPC scorecard
  • Build the support analysis that shows leaders where the ecosystem is working and where it is not

Qualifications

What You Bring

Experience

  • 2–3 years; executive communications, business operations, strategy, consulting, corporate communications, or partner/alliance marketing preferred. Or recent MBA graduate.
  • Demonstrated experience building executive-grade presentations for senior audiences
  • Exposure to a global, matrixed organization

Capabilities

  • AI Fluency: AI-led mindset using AI tooling to raise the quality and volume of your own output, not just to summarize
  • Concise communication adaptable to complex stakeholders
  • Strong presentation building
  • Flexible workstyle with strong adaptability for changing priorities and deadlines. Reprioritize without need to be re-briefed.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and Microsoft 365 Copilot
  • Discretion by default: this seat sees confidential partner, commercial, and organizational material

Attributes

  • Collaborative by instinct and is able to build relationships at all levels. Ability to read the room, even in senior audiences.
  • Ownership mindset: takes accountability for the outcome, not just the task
  • Real appetite to learn the partner ecosystem and how ServiceNow grows through it
  • Composed under volume — precise and professional regardless of urgency
  • Craft pride: cares about how the work looks, reads, and lands

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to partner, channel, or alliance environments (GSIs, consultancies, service providers, hyperscalers)
  • Comfort reading commercial constructs: pipeline, NNACV, sourced versus sell-through, attribution
  • Experience building with AI: agents, prompt workflows, or automating your own deliverables
  • Brand and design sensibility beyond template compliance

How You Will Grow

Year one is about mastering the executive materials and rhythm-of-business engine. Year two opens two paths: a defined rotation with one of the global Route-to-Market teams to build partner-facing fluency, or deeper ownership of GPC's narrative architecture. This is a deliberate on-ramp into partner strategy, go-to-market, or executive operations.

Why This Role

You will sit at the center of how ServiceNow's partner ecosystem is explained to the people who fund it, lead it, and partner with it. The work is visible from day one; what you build goes in front of the CEO, the Board, and partner C-suites. For someone early in their career who wants to learn how a global partner business actually operates, there are few better seats in the company.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $123,900 - $216,800, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
