About the Role
We're seeking a Program Manager, Learning & Development to design and manage training programs across adMarketplace. Reporting to the Director of People Operations, you'll own functional training, company wide development initiatives, and onboarding (from an L&D perspective). You'll partner with Department Heads, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and People Operations to create engaging learning experiences.
What You'll Do

  • Design and develop scalable, company wide training content and resources across all business areas.
  • Build and maintain role and department specific training plans in partnership with Department Heads and SMEs.
  • Develop and deliver customized onboarding training plans that support new hire ramp up and long term success.
  • Coordinate and manage training logistics including scheduling, materials, facilitators, and maintaining the company training calendar.
  • Oversee and enhance AMP University, and regularly update content and organize resources.
  • Support the ongoing administration of our Learning Management System (LMS), including eLearning design and course development.
  • Deliver ad-hoc training programs and respond to team specific learning needs.
  • Monitor feedback and learning data to assess program effectiveness and suggest ways to improve.


What We're Looking For

  • 3-5+ years of experience in L&D, Training or related People programs.
  • Strong program management skills, with a track record of creating engaging content and driving adoption.
  • Excellent collaboration skills. You're comfortable working cross functionally with all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with LMS (bonus if you've supported a rollout or implementation).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • A passion for growth, innovation and building a world class employee experience.


Nice to Haves

  • Familiarity with tools like Articulate Rise, Google Workspace, etc.
  • Experience supporting learning programs in a high growth or tech environment.


*Compensation Range: $110,000-$130,000 + Bonus

Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience; training; associated responsibilities; and other business and organizational needs.
