- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience; Master’s Degree preferred.
- PMP certification required; equivalent certifications (e.g., PgMP, PMI-ACP, CAPM) will be considered.
- Minimum 7–10 years of Project/Program Management experience.
- One to three years of prior sales/business development experience preferred.
- Project Management training in at least two (2) technology areas related to the program (e.g., networking, cloud, cybersecurity, data center, AI/ML) preferred.
- Experience managing programs in lab, testing, or OEM partner environments preferred.
- Excellent understanding of financial processes — ability to create proformas, track project metrics, forecast future trends, and manage change.
- Excellent understanding of the contract process — ability to manage contract modifications, control program impact, and take the lead in negotiations on scope, cost, and schedule.
- Proven ability to work with C-suite executives in organizations driven by information and technology.
- Good understanding of Supply Chain processes.
- Ability to work independently and aggressively track to project timelines.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
- Business acumen with the ability to effectively articulate program-level communications.
- Flexibility to work across multiple time zones as needed.
- Travel 0–35%.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $120,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

What is the ATC?
Our Advanced Technology Center (ATC) is like no other testing and research lab. We call it an ecosystem that is front ended by our WWT Platform (Website). It's the place engineers and architects go for exclusive resources, guidance and tools. In the ATC, we provide Labs, Learning Paths, Cyber Range, Proof of Concepts, Lab Hosting Programs, and WWT Research. These offerings are meant for our Customers, Partners, and Internal Employees who need training and education on the latest and greatest solutions across all technology domains.

You will play a key role on a team dedicated to supporting customer and OEM testing engagements in the ATC. You will be exposed to all the innovation the ATC ecosystem has to offer and will become a trusted advisor to WWT account teams and our customers.
What Will You Be Doing?You will be responsible for managing and supporting a variety of customer lab programs in the ATC (Advanced Technology Center).
About the ATC: The ATC is a collaborative ecosystem to design, build, educate, demonstrate, and deploy innovative technology products and integrated architectural solutions for WWT customers, partners, and employees. With it, we’ve helped our customers do amazing things.
Responsibilities- Plan and implement programs comprised of multiple dependent work streams (sub-projects).
- Overall responsibility for the Program P&L to ensure strong financial performance.
- Determine and coordinate the sharing of resources among constituent projects to the overall benefit of the program.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders; take a proactive approach in addressing issues to avoid escalation.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and SLAs are met.
- Drive ongoing continuous improvement in program value to customer and financial performance.
- Maintain communication with suppliers and OEM partners as appropriate in support of the program.
- Coordinate lab resource utilization and support ATC lab scheduling to ensure efficient program delivery.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customer and OEM stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor to account teams.
- Develop and deliver program status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings to keep stakeholders informed.
- Identify and pursue incremental business development opportunities that extend the program and/or create new opportunities with the customer.
- Manage schedule, scope, and milestone performance of the program.
- Manage major issue resolution and risk mitigation.
- Manage WWT cross-functional issues, ensuring all internal functions are performing to program expectations.
