Job Description

  • Manage project documentation, filing systems, and document control.
  • Maintain project trackers, reports, and status updates.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders on administrative matters.
  • Support purchase requests, invoice processing, and vendor documentation.
  • Arrange travel, logistics, site access, and onboarding activities as required.
  • Ensure all project records are accurate, organized, and up to date.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2–5 years of administrative or project support experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience supporting construction, engineering, facilities, or data center projects is an advantage.
  • Willing to work on site
