We are seeking a Program Coordinator for the Amplify Ambassador program to strengthen and expand relationships with our rapidly growing customer base. This role will support a year-round engagement strategy for customers post-sales by driving value, dedication, and upselling opportunities across our products. The program coordinator will report to the Director, Customer Engagement and will be an integral part of the development and growth of an ambassador program for Amplify teachers. This role will collaborate frequently with colleagues on the marketing team as well as cross-functionally with the Partner Success, Customer Operations, Research, Sales, and GM/Product teams.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities of the Program Coordinator:

  • Support all aspects of the rollout of Amplify's Ambassador program, including but not limited to program development, meeting management, online community, collateral creation, and other duties as assigned.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including interdepartmental communication, implementation planning, and coordination of projects from input to delivery, maintaining project timelines and deliverables.
  • Partner with Amplify teachers to collect feedback and make recommendations for improvements to the Amplify suite of products.
  • Build and maintain subject matter expertise across products.
  • Support the recruitment efforts across teams to identify and confirm Amplify Ambassadors.
  • Support the development of the agenda building and content needs for monthly ambassador meetings.

Basic Qualifications of the Program Coordinator:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a Humanities major, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate and relate well with others from a variety of backgrounds at different levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute a strategy for communicating with existing customers by driving a multi-pronged approach, maximizing nurture campaigns and new product/capability introductions.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Social media or online community management experience
  • Project management work experience.
  • Strong technical skills, including familiarity with Salesforce (or other CRM), Wordpress, and Hubspot (or other email service provider).
