Our Talent Operations team is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager to establish PMO best practices and shape the Talent organization’s strategic initiatives roadmap. While project and program management essentials will need to be second nature to you, this role will also require a fair understanding of analytics and systems configuration. Because in this role, you will not just be the PM managing initiatives; instead, you will be a vital part of the team that generates ideas and experiments with new solutions to help the Talent org achieve its hiring goals.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partnering with Talent and business leaders to define and align on focus areas, strategy, and planning
  • Building out a standardized project and change management framework for all initiatives and mentoring the team in best practices
  • Drafting influential communications for senior-level leaders, key stakeholders
  • Overseeing the prioritization, resourcing, and capacity management of both programs and projects that deliver operational excellence in alignment with strategy, such as:
    • Assessing learning behaviors of the general talent population and the Noom talent team
    • Building the enablement framework for our hiring teams and providing an extraordinary hiring experience for candidates and HMs
    • Identifying tool utilization and process adherences gaps
    • Implementing a Knowledge Management Database (KMDB)
    • Improving our talent teams request and incident management portal
    • Building and delivering a formalized onboarding/alignment training

What We’re Looking for

  • 7+ years of enablement, strategy and planning, and project/program management experience
  • Familiarity with recruiting / talent acquisition
  • Experience creating or leading a Project Management Office is helpful
  • Familiarity with Jira Project Management and Confluence is a plus
  • A genuine passion for creating an environment that invests in its people
  • Focus on leadership and developing teams and yourself
  • Experience in telling a great story and getting relevant and meaningful information out of complex information
  • Confidence is using analytics to establish success measures and ROI of deliverables
  • Strong time-management skills and an ability to coordinate, prioritize, and balance multiple projects
